The Sales and Inventory Management System project seeks to assist business owners with financial matters as well as inventory management issues. It also strives to give a simple and effective approach to business owners to manage sales, inventory, and track company performance in order to achieve success and gain consumer trust and loyalty.
SIMS supports three user roles (inventory, sales, and manager) and provides electronic invoices with QR codes to help reduce environmental pollution from paper waste. In addition to tracking all records of general information, financial information, employee information, debt information, supplier information, purchasing information, and product information with a QR code specific to each product, all of this information helps the company analyze the market and protect its legal rights at all times. Moreover, it provides key performance indicators for sales and revenues as well as reports and graphs for sales and products across time periods, and these reports can be exported. It also provides an income statement account to follow up on the company’s financial performance, in addition to providing alerts for debts when they are paid and products in stock (stagnant). All of this is done to achieve effective management, which assists business owners in increasing their companies' profits.
