Our project falls into 3 main sections, the first is CHATBOT, and under its name is Ghym. This App assistant will answer via chat directly to the student who has asked him many questions, for example: Locating the universities on the map application, asking about the date of a particular lecture, or displaying documents and files for the materials, and we will cover most of the frequently asked questions of the university’s inquiry department. Further, we will provide a reservation to take the role in the customer department at the university, and he will receive a notification of an upcoming appointment ,Thirdly, we will endeavor to establish a DashBoard website that will enable agents in the Inquiry Department to seek a new student as soon as the current student's contract expires. If a student books a position and leaves the university's vicinity, the part will be immediately cancelled.
