Bachelor Degree:
- During the “Add and Drop" period announced in the university calendar, you may withdraw or add some courses within the study plan in a way that does not conflict with the minimum or maximum required registration load.
- You may apply for withdrawal from the course during the semester, one week before the start of the final examinations according to the university calendar, with respect to the approved procedures for withdrawal.
- You have the right to apply for withdrawal from all courses registered in a semester, and if approved by the administration, you will be considered deferred and treated as a "suspended."
Master's Degree:
- You may apply for withdrawal from the course during the semester, one week before the start of the final examinations according to the university calendar, and the “W" grade (withdrawn) is assigned, in accordance with the approved procedures for the withdrawal.
Financial procedure with withdrawal of courses (Bachelor and Master)
- Withdrawals are dealt financially in accordance to the table below with condition that do not conflict with the financial plans approved by the rector:

Add:
You have the right to add new courses during the add/drop session as per the registration calendar.
The university has the right to extend the add period for a maximum of one week after the start of the semester, in accordance to approved policies.
Drop:
You have the right to withdraw during the first six weeks of the semester taking in consideration the following regarding the tuition fees:
